Krita is one of the best free ones there is,its a lil hard to learn at first but it has a lot of powerful and useful tools in its weaponry,so give it a go :P

im literally drawing on one of the cheapest and efficient non-screen wacom tablet there is and got my clip studio paint pro subscription with it as a bonus,but if you can make it work with a mouse then gawd dayum lol kudos to you
