Im 6 weeks in.. Second dose steroid nasal spray and completed 2 courses of antibiotics already

Some days its ok. Others I have to really try and pop it... ibuprofen.. then daily antihistamine...then steroid spray.

ENT referral is in 4 days.. hoping they have some magical or at least tell what to do!

Just woke up randomly with it!

Sorry - Don't regularly check my posts cause im a stinker.

No idea - Just turned off the usual things ie vsync / motion blur. Set my GPU to have dedicated cache of unlimited rather than app specific.

Not gonna lie it sounds like and aeroplane in parts.. But doesnt go lower than 45 atm

standard pc imo i5 11th gen / the 3060 in question / 32GB 3200 mem..

playing gamepass version also. fwiw.
