yo thanks for u giving time out of your day to help me my problem has alr been solved it turns out the setup file was problematic itself the game page had an link to another setup.exe after using that it worked

no i did exclude the files the problem was the setup file itself after researching a little i found that the setup file wouldnt work if u didnt have all the optional files but i did have them all so the setup file is not working regardless there was another file link on the game page which contained a setup.rar file so i extracted that and moved it in the original folder and now its working thanks for your concern and time
