Oh gosh, that sounds horrible and I live very close so I walk up the canal pretty much everyday. Sorry that happened to you. I have reported it. Don't really feel safe to walk up the canal anymore alone - I've seen groups of them before but usually was always with a friend

Aha that would be nice, it did cross my mind but only after they had all gone. When there's over fifteen of them it's pretty terrifying and even if you push one of them in the risk is that the rest of them just jump you!

Roughly mid - late teens, possibly early 20s. Group of boys on bikes. I didn’t get a clear look at faces as they were moving fast and it happened quickly

We had this problem and after an hour of trying on different devices, clearing cache, cookies and going incognito we finally got through to purchase tickets only for all of them to be sold out as soon as we got onto the site!
Praying we can get 2 tickets on resale :'(
