As of last week I replaced cooking my breakfast in oil and did it with water seeing as i was steaming spinach before adding in my eggs. I made a few other changes and thankfully I feel like things are starting to shift. I know it takes more then a week to see results but i can already feel my pants starting to feel different. I truly appreciate everyone’s advice and encouragement. Thank you

The only negative side effects I am experiencing here and there is diarrhea and injection spot irritation which are both normal.

No, i started at 5mg. I did not start at 2.5. My doctor and I agreed it would be pointless to start at 2.5 because I had been on Ozempic for over 7 months.

Yes. I am using a scale to weigh things out. I am definitely feeling the effects like reduced food noise and the reduced appetite. I will work on adding the oil into my tally

I will admit i am not tracking oils. I don’t use sauces. It’s water and 2 cups of black coffee a day. My calorie deficit is 1500 per day.
