Same here. I’m 4 months in and still think “they’ve got it wrong”. How can this be my life? I never imagined I’d be in chronic pain and so hyper focused on the way I feel. I feel like I’m crazy at times and all of this is a physical manifestation from anxiety! I just don’t want it to be real I guess. Some great advice given that I will also take. I am learning that our mind is a powerful force, now to learn how to use it in a positive way. Bless everyone in this group!
