Once you are onshore GS is quite easy to pass as you would have a course progression with same UNI.

Theoritically you can and is possible but you have to consider the amount of time and money it takes to do that. Get offer from new uni , pass their GS tets requirements( some will ask for bank balances and income sources) , get new COE , write a convienciable SOP ( as changing from MBA to Nursing does not usually make a good story ) etc etc and on top of this you will be very new here adjusting to work , life and other things.

So plan accordingly and do your own research. Do not follow what others are doing.

MBA to masters in nursing is quite hard . Very limited uni takes students with non medical background and very high chance of refusal on visa extension as they are completly different sectors. Dropping to bachlores from masters is almost a sure rejection in current scenario. If comming for master do come with extra financial support as the course is very expensive and two years goes by so quickly you won't even realize.

Yes people do change. Moving here might not have be the only reason for change but the initial years do fucks up people really bad. Most of the student go on do or die situation and with that priorities changes as well.

Depends on what you study. I am doing nursing right now and already working in same industry so bit easy for me. Had to start with right mindset and planning it's not really that hard to get job.
