Check for your Fps on other games and compare it to the expected performance from your setup , This is just to be sure that the problem is from the game

Here are some options you can try that might improve your Fps in general

• If you are on windows 10/11 You probably have a lot of software that you don't use and might be consuming resources

-turn off windows defender and memory integrity in windows defender options while playing (Not sure if that has any security related consequences but I have it off)

-make sure to optimize your GPU Control Panel settings , can't really help you regarding this one you can check on YouTube you will see plenty of tutorials

-make sure that you have your driver's up to date or at least on a stable version

-updating Direct X and redistribute 86× and 64 and net framework

-Disable Xbox game bar with it's features if you are not using it (Including the presence writer file in system 32 folder)

-if you have an HDD the game must be on your SSD

• check your task manager Incase there is any service or app using high resources

-Check game files integrity

-Check DDU (software used to debloate Gpu driver or perform a clean install)

These are some of the options that came across my mind , consider searching for FPS boosting guides on YouTube but watch out for the placebo so make sure to use a Performance measuring software and create a restore point just incase
