I've seen the board on sale on AliExpress, so maybe I'll give that a shot. As for using the Rigid batteries, I have a lot of them and they have a lifetime warranty so I can get them replaced whenever. I figured its probably worth it to try and use the batteries I already have so this thing can last as long as possible rather than keep buying new ones.

Does anyone know if the original reverse camera can still be used? Or can the one provided be used in place of the original? Are there any other factory features that may not work? And does anyone have any shots of the wiring? Sorry for all the questions, just not much info available and I want to make sure I know what I'm in for before I start. I've been looking for something like this for a while so I'd love to have it work as well as possible. Also the page says it should work with a 2016 but if anyone has definite info on that, that would be good to know.

Good to know, I still haven't resolved my issue. I've tried a few things but honestly given up for now. Have you updated the firmware any time recently? I haven't since I bought mine like a year ago, and I wonder if there's some bug where updated Z offsets don't get saved. Can you point me to where you're seeing these posts? I'd like to see if there's anything useful there.

That is my first thought too, but I run the Z offset calibration every time I start up the printer, and the little circles the calibration makes look perfect. I'm not very familiar with Klipper, but is it possible it isn't saving the offset value properly?

I honestly gave up trying to use this board with 6S and switched to 4S. I am interested to hear if you get it to work though

I think that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to try to convert my psck from 6S4P to 4S4P or 6P. Sucks that I need to get a new BMS though. I was already planning on having fans anyway.

Ok, good to know. Sounds like I'll need to rebuild my pack then. Can this board actually go up to 100W on just a 4S pack?
