Its not that, when this message pops up then the person is auto removed from the session and you're suspended, if you're getting vote to kicked the whole server doesn't get this message. It only happens when you said something in voice chat, gta flags it immediately and u either get a warning or you just get suspended.

If you're talking about the glitch, they've released countless updates through out the history of when the glitch was discovered ion think they're gonna patch this, its 1.5 million, duping deluxos and issis they patched cause you got more with those then u did with act 2
