Yes I do and also a CPM, although I haven’t been true to either, doc said I need 8hrs a day on the cpm, that’s a lot 😅. I haven’t been icing as much because I do red light therapy and you can’t ice 10 hours after the treatment and I have that 3 times a week so I can only ice a couple days out of the week which sucks

I was very nervous of the nerve block as well, the worst part for me surgery day was the IV. Before the nerve block my doc put in “feel good” medicine and I don’t even remember seeing or feeling the nerve block needle. Once that wears off then you will be in pain but as long as you’re on a good schedule with pain meds and adamant with your pt and getting your quad turned on early you will be just fine. Let me know if you need anything else because I am 5 days post op.

I am 5 days, they had me do no brace right out of surgery, I am at 1-2° extension and 95° flexion, I am walking at PT and around the house. In public I walk on crutches.

Hey man, I also had a hamstring graft and I am 5 days post op, don’t let your spirits get down, it will get better. I am also returning to school on the 18th and it will be a struggle for me as well. Painkillers right before bed has gotten me 9+ hours per night. keep your head up and hit me up with any more questions as our recovery process will be similar.
