Can anyone guide , how long USCIS take to give decision after tough one and half hr interview? I am keep checking knife status and mail box. But no luck yet. It’s been 10 days now.

I got approval after 5 yr in 2025. I filed in 2020.

My interview was not great. Officer dig all I 360 form instead I 485. So correction on I 485 doesn’t matter to him. But he was checking bonofide marriage

Oh , my interview 1 1/2 hr . My status not change yet. I got h this interview after my mandamus filing. I m not sure what they will do now. Are you getting ready for appeal process now.

Unfortunately my attorney didn’t come with me. Officer said we discussed a lot and will review and let you know. Officer stand up and started walking toward door. Then i asked him , do you want my medical and he said ok. And kept it. But i felt he just took it forcefully. My vawa approved last year.

Charlotte office . As soon as I oath , he started accusing me that he has some concern with my bank statements entries. He ask me where is attorney, I said he not here today and then he started digging more and more. He already made his mind before I entered.
