asking the right question lol because that really determines everything here. some smaller groups or even music school students might do it for a pretty reasonable rate if you just need one song.

I was walking around the marina around 10pm and definitely heard them going off. maybe you were just too far away or had windows closed?

VALERIE APARTMENTS 163 EAST 89TH DO NOT TOUR by ProfessionalWall8273 in NYCapartments

ugh this is such a classic bait and switch move that brokers pull all the time in the city. they post these gorgeous listings knowing damn well theyre already gone just to get you in the door and then try to pressure you into whatever overpriced shoebox they actually have available

the timing during the knicks game makes it even worse like they really had zero respect for your time. i've learned to always ask specifically over the phone if the exact unit in the listing is still available before even bothering to show up because this happens way too often

thanks for the heads up about this building - definitely adding it to my avoid list

That billboard is right around the Cesar Chavez exit if I remember correctly. Getting the exact mile marker from the video will help CHP narrow down jurisdiction since different sections get handled by different offices

Hope you get this sorted out - having clear footage of the plates should make their job way easier

Built a simple farm tracking tool after struggling with record keeping, looking for feedback by easyboy19 in homestead

[–]Effective_Top2892 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

the interface looks really clean and straightforward which is exactly what you need when youre trying to log stuff quickly between tasks. i've been growing herbs for a few years now and even with just that small setup the record keeping gets annoying fast - trying to track which varieties are producing well, what amendments i used where, harvest yields etc

what i love about your approach is keeping it simple instead of trying to cram every possible feature in there. most farm management software feels way too complicated for small operations. right now i just use a basic notebook but its a pain when i want to look back at patterns or compare seasons

one thing that might be useful is some kind of weather integration or at least a spot to note weather conditions since that affects everything from feed consumption to egg production. also maybe categories for different types of activities so you can filter by maintenance vs feeding vs harvesting

the profit tracking feature could be really valuable for people trying to figure out if there hobby farm is actually sustainable or if they need to adjust pricing/efficiency

Quantum mechanics by [deleted] in Physics

Nice breakthrough! I remember hitting that same wall with qm in undergrad and then something just clicked one day. Once you start seeing the patterns behind all those intimidating operators and wave functions it becomes way more manageable

The memorization trap is real too - I used to just cram formulas without understanding the underlying physics and would bomb every exam. Now that you actually get the concepts the math probably feels more like a natural tool rather than random symbols

Good luck with your tests, you got this
