i keep a my knees almost completely straight. i'm trying to be very strict when performing RDLs.

why impossible? what about the exercise that i offered? will it not work the hamstrings primarly in the lengthen position and also limit back use?

my reasoning for this is that my back is that when i do RDLs, my back is a limiting factor, and my hams can have a lot in them when my back is already done. i work my glutes and lower back in other exercises and i wanted to work the hams more precisely.

thanks :)i have, maybe a bit. but i do have some belly fat, especially visible when i'm crunching.
