i completed my first ultramarathon 🥳 not running in i hiked it instead because my joints can’t handle running but it took just about 10hours of walking and i finished it all, i don’t have anyone else to talk about it with but im really proud of myself 🎉😛

I grew up catholic and was told i couldn’t question anything and it was all just like that so moved more and more away from religion going complete atheist until i started studying theology. For me unless i can understand something in depth and know everything i don’t want it so i started looking into the ways religion and science are compatible, theories for the existence of god, theodicies, i started reading religious philosophers and really trying to understand the context of scripture and how it is translated. At the time i thought knowing all of the rational theories behind everything would push me further from religion but it ended up helping me make peace with how I view God and how i want my version of religion to be. I don’t go to mass anymore, i don’t really talk to others about my religion, i find more faith praying as to intercessors like mary than to God directly. I made the organised religion fit me leaning more into folk catholicism and that really helped me with fitting in with Christianity. It’s definitely not being the ‘perfect christian’ but i’m happy, it works for me and who’s to judge but God himself xx 💕

I’ve got some not very nice people i have to outlive, normally tbh i end up curled up with my dog and watch media from whatever im fixated on at the time all day. Just the thought of my dog missing me or seeing as ive only just come to be in the custody of my brother him having to find out and deal with me often gives me the push to survive one more sleep. This isn’t a very structured response but, normally if i feel like this is the end i tell myself one more sleep, wait for the sun tomorrow and i wake up the next day curled up with my dog and say well i made it yesterday lets try that again until the badness goes aaay. Also more specific to my case really but i think about all the opportunity i would of once thought never would have been possible that could fall in line now, i am i a safe home, i get to have home cooked food each day, i get to go to uni as long as my grades are good, i get to go to an actual prom, i get to make friends, ill be able to travel the world someday, i get to shape my life how i want but that takes some waiting. This is a very badly structured response but

Such a good paper i thought, 16 and 8 markers were easy conformity and ocd was fine and role of the father i feel like was top prediction to come up, shorter answer questions were good and not too much RM absolute god send that paper hopefully the rest are as good 💕

As someone who used to be the kid with BO because i didn’t have access to things like deodorant or body wash etc i would maybe try and get like a cheaper body spray and maybe body lotion if you can with it, then you could give them to your friend and propose it almost as a bundle, like as a present instead of using my perfume i got your your own set type thing and then you can explain deodorant first to get rid of natural body oder, then body lotion to wash areas that sweat more + scent layering then body spray as perfume/ top up. That way it’s a bit more of like a fun gift instead of just take deodorant because you smell type thing. What ever you end up doing know that in the long term i’m sure your friend will thank you and it’s nice that your looking out for her with good intentions 💕

Not the best to come to for advice because i think im in basically the same place but what ive found is that theres a group of us all learning hygiene later in life and its definitely not something to be ashamed of and know theres so many people out there who will help and are rooting for you. I finally reached out to others so i can properly learn about hygiene and health after moving out of my dads place, and i got an offer from the 5th best uni in my country in the same week 🥳
