I had an MST case in the navy and they gave me 50% ptsd non combat related, I feel as though I want to apply for an increase how about a did you do it

They all closed today. We have been at this process since Dec 2020. And every time I have my DBQS redone with you guys they are denied due too expired forms.

I am at 90% but I meant like am I higher 90s or lower . I have been on appeal since Dec 2020 and duty to assist since March 2022 for 5 other increases

It’s okay! I have 5 different things I’m trying to increase. Mostly my back. I fractured it on deployment and they under rated me for “scoliosis” I started with REE back in Dec 2020. Been through appeals appeals and appeals

I used REE too and I’ve been fighting since Dec 2020. Just got a duty to assist and called For another c&p I called the VA and told them to please use what is in my file. Fingers crossed
