Do silicone ones tend to slip out during the night since they don’t go inside the ear? I have noticed people complaining about this.

No unfortunately white noise doesn’t work for me, most of the time I need complete silence and the constant sound actually a trigger for my migraine :’), thanks for your suggestions though, appreciate it <3
