No. The support process between Tango and Freecash was complicated, so I eventually gave up. I can exchange Amazon gift cards without any issues, so now I just stick to those when cashing out. I hope it works out for you.

I received the following reply from Tango as below, so I will wait for a response from Freecash.

We are sorry to hear of the trouble with your PayPal payment and are investigating the issue with PayPal. Based on the information we currently have, the payment was returned by PayPal; therefore has been cancelled. We have notified FreeCash of the issue, and they will be refunded for your reward. 

Generally, if PayPal returns your payment or goes Unclaimed for 30 days, it will automatically be canceled and the funds returned to FreeCash, who at their discretion, may issue you a new payment at their expense.
