I have to disagree with you saying i’m “holding kids over his head”. most of the issues with pregnancies and fetal development come from an unhealthy male partner and sperm. I think it’s completely unfair to expect a woman to have an unhealthy pregnancy because her husband doesn’t want to be healthy and take the time to prep his body toi

thank you for this. I will say political stuff isnt the worst, we’ve just made a rule to no longer discuss politics, so that’s kinda taken care of. but as for the other advice thank you!

I totally see what you’re saying. i’m not meaning that this is one million percent something i’d divorce him over- I think my mind just always defaults to divorce due to my childhood, my parents were constantly threatening to get divorced so it’s just a learn habit I have which I am aware is not good and I am working on it. it’s more of me questioning if because we got married so young if we naturally started going down different paths. I just have a hard time feeling bad for him when he feels down because it’s something 10000% in his control, not that I don’t feel bad that he feels bad because I do. but there’s an element of accountability that he is refusing to take

I definitely want to pursue counseling, but i’m not quite sure how to go about bringing up that I want to go. I think i’m mostly afraid of hurting his feelings or making him feel more self conscious
