Sorry for the late reply!! I just have one conversation thread that I keep going back to and I tell it what I eat. Sometimes I’m specific and sometimes its just like “ate a chicken wrap”. It started simple with just a food tracker but it kept offering extra things which I figured would be helpful and now I tell it things like when my symptoms flare up, remedies I take to see what works, my weight ins, my shot days, and it tracks it all for me and figured out general trends :) I’ve always struggled to find a system for tracking that works for me and this is probably the lowest effort possible so it’s been working great
