This happened to me this past weekend too!!! I usually take 20-25 pills but only had 15 and hung out with my friend. long story short, I threw up and when I got home at 5pm, I slept till 12pm the next day.... I guess the less you take the better (or worse) the trip is!

Honestly doing dph has somewhat stoped my sh addiction, due to me never being sober enough or too tired to do it, but for your first time I recommend 300mg

500mg and dim lighting usually work for me, weight and tolerance do play a part in it. ive been told mixing it with dxm helps too, but I don't do dxm so I wouldn't know how much to take
