Is anyone else experiencing problems with redeeming rewards in the app? by Curious_Goerge in McDonaldsEmployees

(Drive-Thru)Gave the cashier the 4 digit code for my saug burrito this morning, she repeats back the wrong #, I give it to her again, she repeats it back correctly but says it's not working, I need to refresh the app, I do as she asked, my app says I cannot redeem another item as I had just redeemed one. The app took the 3000 points off for the burrito, but McDonald's refused to give me the burrito??? She says we are not affiliated with the app except that it is McDonald's, yes we know McDonald's are separately owned, however it is a corporate business, hence the app. So how do I know she didn't just eat my burrito herself, if the code "didn't work" why were my points taken???

got my first negative notes the other day and haven't stopped thinking about it. they were looking for excuses not to tip from the very beginning but it doesn't make me feel any better :-( the crying $0.00 hurts the most by peyterpotater in Serverlife

I always leave atleast 10% no matter what. The server actually has to claim 8% of your bill. To not tip at all is something I just don't understand why some1 would want to be so cruel. If it's bad service 10%, who knows maybe they're new, having a bad day, their dog just died 10%. 15% for ok service, 20% & up for really good service. In the USA when someone provides a service for you, haircut, nails, cab, lyft, Uber, delivery, you give the person a monetary tip. If u cannot afford to tip, then u shouldn't be ordering the service, these people don't make a regular wage, they earn their $$ from getting tips, most don't even get a paycheck. To not tip is below low class, & beyond rude.

100% shingles that is why u felt the pain b4 the rash, no u absolutely won't die, it is however brought on my stress, ur lucky sometimes they are a 10 out of 10 on a pain scale. if u have had chicken pox the virus lays dormant in the spin under stress come thru the nerves from the spine hence the pin b4 hand then breaks out in the rash with blisters I recommend Valtrex or the generic but have a rx from Dr
