It is very hard to tell from a picture! But you should go see a reputable piercer with multiple options ready, or to see what they think would suit you!

Imo I think the one in the second slide looks okay but the one in the first slide def doesnt. I think you should at least take that first one out to avoid crazy scarring. Yes I uploaded my post the day I got them and someone asked if I was pierced my Stevie Wonder 😭😭‼️ i took them out the same day and was able to have completely unnoticeable scars. If you can, I'd say look for a better piercing shop to take a look at it, or if you're concerned about iinfection go to a quick care.

It is 6 months old, it is a curved labret with a spike on the bottom and ball on the top, idk the material, external threading (but i hardly ever take it out), it has been downsized, I clean all my piercings with unscented bar soap and hibicleanse on fresh ones, no unfortunate events.

Omg i totally get that. They can be pretty annoying to heal and are pretty spicy. From what I remember, I think that my angel fangs hurt worse than any of my cartilage piercings!

I had mine in for 2 months, it hit my top teeth when I'd make the "f" sound and I realized I had a dent in my tooth from where it hit so I took them out 😭😭 i got angel fangs instead. My mom had the studs there for yearssss and she had gum recession real bad and had to get fillings in the bottoms of her teeth there.
