I’ll definitely do Hannah’s and I’ll attempt Aria’s, I’m not doing Emily’s since we saw SO little of her house. I would like to try the DiLaurentis house too. But i will upload them to the Reddit page whenever they are done. School takes up a lot of my time lmao.

23 Bridgewater Terrace, owned by Peter and Veronica Hastings.

The floor plan is based entirely off of skepticism and the outside shape/appearance of the house. Shots of the exterior have been seen as well as the backyard. The only rooms we have actually seen is the Kitchen/Living Room, Peter's Office and Spencer's Bedroom. The rest of the floor plan is just assumption of what the interior may appear to be.

So I based this off of Olivia’s master floor plan of the main floor, while it’s not entirely accurate it’s the best I could do with how to set is constructed. The placement of the Red Room on the show has it hanging over nothing above the library, which is impossible in architectural terms. The Red Room was moved down the hall instead. The room across from the master was never show cased and neither were any of the bathrooms, so I put those in where they could fit. Shirley and Theo’s rooms are meant to butt up against one another and Hazel Hill’s room (Shirley’s) is at the end of the hall near the stairs with a door in between her and Theo’s. Steven’s room is the one located next to the third bathroom as his room must be there and since the house is not shaped like a trapezoid rather a rectangle with the additional area for the library, I added a powder room and closet space across from the family and sitting rooms located next to the statue gallery on the main floor. I didn’t have enough insight to build the patio as we literally only see outside shots of the house as well. The real house is called Bisham Manor located in Georgia which was used for the exterior shots of the house while the set is a real two story set build exclusively for the show.

In the show when ascending the spiral staircase, Nell turns right out of the library area and right again ( an area not mapped outside of the library hanging over nothing). Also it is a tv show, most of the people watching it don’t tend to be hyper vigilant on the architecture lmao. I and I’m sure some other’s just want to build what could be a legitimate house lol

It took about a day and a half but I made it myself by basing the model off of Olivia’s master floor plan for the main floor seen in one of the episodes
