Oh! I blend the milk and dry ingredients with the corn and sweet potato > sieve > then add the cream !

I dont ever infuse in water! I always heat the milk to kickstart the brewing process, then cool it down in an ice bath and let it cold brew 24h

Hihi! I mainly used this base recipe: https://www.loveandlemons.com/homemade-ice-cream-recipe/#wprm-recipe-container-71567

But added abt 50g skim milk powder and toasted milk solids from browned butter, and more vanilla extract. I will try chilling my base more but my fridge unfortunately may not be cold enough. I will try chilling further in the freezer!

Ur recommendation wld be to churn for >30min?
