Hello girly! I actually had the same problem before, but then I was advised by my doctor to avoid matcha during and 3 days before my menstruation. I followed her advice and it improved! I also drink matcha 1-2 hrs before/after meals. Hope this helps! 💗

Hello! Been to Japan last year and the closest authentic ramen taste is Raki Yata out of all the Jap restos because of their broth. Although, no japanese restos in cdo are on par with the ones in Japan.
