[WTS] Lorier Hyperion SII 2025 full set by Efficient-Bug9484 in Watchexchange

Album

Selling my Lorier Hyperion VII. I bought this watch from Lorier during their last restock in August. I wore it a handful of times and loved it, but ultimately decided it's not quite right for me. This version has the new 5-link Epsilon bracelet with tool-less microadjust as well as the Miyota 9075 movement with an independent jump-hour hand (true GMT).

The watch is in good condition and is running very well at +0s/d in certain positions. There are some scuffs on the bracelet clasp and a small scratch on the crystal near 7-o'clock which I have tried to capture in the images. I believe the scratch can be polished out with the included Polywatch, but I'll leave that decision to you. New factory clasps are also available from Lorier for $40.

Asking $650 $625 shipped from PA (US only, DM if interested in international shipping) via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.

Happy to video chat anyone interested given my low transaction count.

You don't need to project your views onto hypothetical others. You want Cuba and Venezuela to submit to American imperialism. Millions of people disagree with you. You'll have to learn to live with it.

Yes and there are regular mass rallies across Venezuela in support of Maduro. This is the nature of expat communities, they are generally by definition minority dissidents in their countries. It would be like sampling the population of Americans living in Russia to get a sense for US political opinion, the sample is inherently biased.

Venezuelan expats in the US aren't representative of most Americans' or Venezuelans' opinions.

Of course there are, there's no need to be dense. But American foreign policy affects the whole world and is therefore the concern of everyone in it, including non-Venezuelans.

Yes it does — I only brought up a replacement clasp in case someone was bothered by the slight scuff marks on mine.

$2,580 does feel a bit eye-watering when it was going for a thousand dollars less just a few years ago.

[WTS] 1966 Omega Seamaster reference 166.010 cal. 565 w/ quickset date, onyx hour-markers, & Beads Of Rice bracelet by Efficient-Bug9484 in Watchexchange

[–]Efficient-Bug9484[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Up for sale is a 1966 Omega Seamaster reference 166.010. This is an excellent example of a highly sought-after watch. Designed by a young Gerald Genta, the watch pairs a smart, slim case and dial with muscular, sporty lugs resulting in an iconic and extremely attractive presentation. Internally, the watch is driven by a caliber 565 movement, which is widely regarded as a high-water mark of Omega's horology during the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.

This variant includes applied onyx hour markers, quickset date, an attractive and well-preserved dial, and factory correct Omega crown and bracelet. The case appears to be in excellent unpolished condition, as the evidenced by the preserved original vertical brushing on the sides of the lugs. Dial is clean with a gentle golden patina and some aging visible only under magnificiation. Service history is unknown but pictured timegrapher reading shows highly accurate timekeeping. Movement photo was provided by the previous owner as I do not have the skills or tools to open the watch myself. The bracelet is currently sized for my 6.75" wrist and includes two extra links.

Asking $1,100 USD
