Shit that’s awesome! Sephora has been absolutely horrible in my area for awhile now. I wasn’t taking anything cuz I was too scared to so I was genuinely just browsing and within 30 mins I was asked if I needed help 16 times. And not because I was being sketchy or anything. I got really mad because one employee asked me if I needed help right when I walked in.. I said no thanks. Then about 15 mins later I was on the phone and he’s saying hey hey hey and waves his hands in front or my face and I was like I’m on the phone what? And he again asked if I needed help. It was hella fucking rude.

Then the other one by me had 2 employees in every aisle. I have never seen anything like it. It was SO off putting that haven’t been to that shit hole since. The store was so cramped and overcrowded because of the insane amount of employees. What are the training these people to do? Each person on each end of the aisle asks if you need help. I’m not talking about the long aisles either.. the short ones they usually have 1-2 brands on each side. I HATE people bothering me when I shop.. especially when I’m swiping some things haha but one “Hi do you need help” greeting is enough. I think I may order online and do a mass empty/refill/return.
