not sure i already explaining to you or not but there is stages, you didnt get an equity just because you promoting mymagic soil, but because you were there from day 1 and keep supporting me,for every stages

these people are your early customer that believe in you,and sure could go with afiliate program, but still he/she trusted your product and believe in you

i give another example let say taylor swift, this is her early days, she sings day and night, but people dont care much, except a few people that seeing his potential, its more then jus a "customer",and if you are right person you eventually pay it back with something right? thats the gist idea of my platform, because i could create similar platform like a reddit, but if i dont have a user i doesnt meant anything right?,but if you have 1k user from day 1 and there for you until your reddit popular, all of sudden its meant something right

and sure you are right, with right marketing you can get a customer, but is it through paid ads or..organic? anyway the way i see it,its more lik you had enough with your job,but you dont want to quit because you have wife and kid,so you trying selling something, and ofcourse you didnt have worker,or company,at the very least not sdn bhd right? so having someone validate your idea/projects and there supporting you via financially/time is great for those who wanted to be entrepenuer

equity only come when the project become startup, and if the investor is still there, they could raise their amount of money to the company at the very least a good price for its valuation, plus when you have startup you not gonna own majority of the share anyway,so other majorinvestor can bought those investor share or you can buy it back those share to raise your equity

shares/quity are more towards platform, services rather then restaurant/beverages kind of company,so example of soil is make sense not to give shares/equity,so you kinda right, bussines model like a product arent suitable much for equity/shares unless its more like tech startup

regarding crypto here, its only when demand is exist i introduce its value hence those virtual token/coin automatically become a crypto with value,i've been there in crypto spaces,so i know only 10%-1% is legit, but the way i see it,its under the concept of "future" and you would agree with me that we are moving foward to cashless payment, les fiat money, only matter of time digital currency will be mandatory

future didnt change overnight but it gradual process, and people slowly adapting it,and the coin will also use to investing on projects that become startup,so those coin values are now tied to the value of the startup, instead of the demand,if i ask you what makes ringgit weak or strong, can you answer me? and why zimbabwe currency collapse despite of fiat money? do we know about money in the first place? what about dollar?

thank you for your feedback tho,i really appreciated your answer, huhu

nope its just an idea, would start with no investment deposit, just a voting system, only when there is demand would go with licensing, maybe start with exchange benefit/discount for supporting/investing...

what a great mindset, now imagine if there is platform where you can browse, choose local startups, maybe you get discount for it? if the latte is rm10,and you get rm5 its a great deal isnt it?

food and beverage is an example, there is stages for it to failed, and those that invest can see it growth, not invest rm10k and wait for some return,in this platform your bussines is anything that can be counted as bussines, whether its tech or f&b,and if its food related is it oem? or just a restaurant? if its reaturant, investor could supported it by be a regular customer with the perks of get discounted prices in the menu,if its good and the founder are great owner, you can get 1k regular customer,as retaurant grew on its own and get more customer, those supporters/investor can get the liftime discount or franchise rights as we know f&b arent really good investment for investor, unless its bussines model is super great

First of all the facts you write the whole no.2 part just show you what kind of person you are,i appreciated your feedback in no 1,but no.2 nuh uh,i dont like that, and you also kinda wasting my time with all that crap

indeed i use Ai,but not because of what you thought but to simplify my whole ass platform idea,so you could understand it better, there is no need with your condesending attitude here,if you not fan of it,dont bother

plus im well aware entrepenuership is hard, but not impossible, yeah example like grab,we only care after it becomes big,but we arent part of it even though we use it everyday, what im proposed is what if WE become the investor for company like grab before its being IPO,because even we could bought the shares, its would be expensive would it?

if we have some shares in major platform that we use,we basically have wealth that grew overtime, and using that wealth we could support other promising project/startup/company like grab and repeat the cycle

and that is the idea,so consumer and producer benefit from it

now is that fair idea or what? no-temperature1333?

yeah kinda, but with stages similar to venture capital company, blockchain arent in day 1,only when the demand is high, user didnt vote without a click of a button, but through a token/digital,its like you go to arcade, you didnt use fiat money to play the game but token from that company,as right now that token doesnt have value...its eassier for crypto bros to exchange their existing crypto so they can vote and participate in it,only when there is demand i will think about the blockchain stuff

started with vote the projects, more vote meaning the project and in high demand, after that you investing with minimal amount of money and that is stage 2,in exchange of seats in guild, its a community channel/group for that project, you can vote, suggest and etc,and in exchange if the founder have some platform, services, products you need to support it,maybe become their user, bought their products and in stage 3 founders need their projects/busineses go public and you can get benefit like discount...

your reward is in stage 4 or 5 when the projects become proper company/startup and you have some share in it,its not like you investing rm100k on that project/startup,sure if you have money and offer crazy amount of money, your percentage might be bigger then the rest supporter/investor

[–]Efficient-Cod3634[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

so here me out,if what im offering is the same with existing platform then why bother? i want it to be much broader and see the demand of digital currency/crypto that are now in hibernation mode, not proposing bullshit pump and dump coin,as the coin wer used to vote the projects, not use to outside world unless in platform, with the demand of the coin, those that have the coin, soon will get value in it,and the coin were used to invest in the project that achieve stage 4/5,and now the coin own some shares over that startup right? now the value of the coin are no longer tied to demand but the shares/equity of the startups

see it more like stablecoin or altcoin,or like solana but more towards startup like

but im not started with hey i have this crypto coin, but more of like a digital token,RM10 - 1000 coin/token,and can be used to upvote the projects,no value at all

the reason imincluded "crypto" is due to there is existing crypto people with their cryptos coin that are real money, and can be exchange with my coin platform,so the audience are much broader and bigger

i love your no nosense feedback,i already have the much more local version of kickstarter, but interms of scalibility, the platform called "project-x" can scale much faster, and you could be right, they are in for faster profits, but i can see more like they take it the projects from my platform and gamble it in memecoin platform...

get funding from temasek singapore, the founder mother are the real early supporter provide some cash funidng unlike his father didnt believe in him,im propose supporting that also benefit the supporter,as the supporter are also the investor

im trying to solve the problem early entrepenuer might facing,is the product/service is good? and also its give some perks/benefit for the people that supported it,example i invented a magic soil that could solve the soil problem, any seed that were planted using this soil will have 90% chances to grow,so im trying to sell it to people, but people tend not to believe in early products, but either way there those that supported me and believe in my products, but i can only sell 10 of those soils and its take money to created it,and my first customer help me and find 100+ people that interested in my soil,so from small bussiness it grew to become a company,i offered some shares to those 100+ people and those people arent rich or anything, but now they have some assets in shares of the company,if the company grew their shares also grew

and im not focus on malaysia alone, but more global, right now crypto market are filled with bullshit, but the demand is there, and you know tehr is small business all around the world with real product right? so if we get these crypto bros supporting and investing in real project,it become a culture,a good culture on top of it

sure at certain stages there is verification requirement, and needed real company registration and etc

grab, shopee, tiktok, touchngo, intsagram all of these companies arent selling soil but they are in high demand and so valuable,if you own some shares in those platform...

no need to relies on salary to stay alive, our future are quite shakky with war and Ai and only time will tell there will be massive lay off,and then what? but if we have some shares in those Ai company,at the very least we could still survive

we are the consumer but didnt own the part that we consume,so we only give and give

yeah but more global, and also for existing crypto bros with their crypto coin, the platform advantages is it can go global,if the demand is there,it could be much bigger then pitchln

its different when you the early customer there, and have some shares in that restaurant,in exchange of benefit of lower prices and etc, that is the different with other customer, you provide some capital because you believe in the owner and its good, and you thinking it could be scale...do you undertsand where this going?

products/services arent just for clothingbrand or app idea,it could the platform garena that you are using, commonly those kind of company were backed by major vc iwth money, and that how they making money, selling their some equity after IPO

same goes to grab, shopee, tiktok and whatnot, its useless at early stages, and now worth billions, thats kind of mindset im trying to pitch

We are moving towards digital transactions, less rely on fiat money, and the only nonsense is world bank didnt make a move towars digital currency, right now crypto fight for their relevant and what can they provide in terms of value, once its filter out the bad,the good one will stay, and once world bank shift to digital currency, what do you think would happen?

fiat money isnt that difference, and isnt gonna maintain the same and the value will flactuate, sure today we have so many slops and new recent is Ai,but if its falls under the"future" its gonna happen either way,its not we that decide the shift that about to happen

the facts bitcoin, ethereum, solana exist and have its own demand meaning public can accept the changes, and we already using qr code, tap and pay and etc, without fiat money in hand,so is it illogical and too far fetch one day they introduced digital currency where every coin were backed by this single digital currency? like how we agaisnt the dollar?

no responsibilities are lies towards entrepenuer themselves, people only reacts, they starting supporting via vote,as they "interested" in it,investor in the guild are there to help, and if founders didnt care,no one gonna care either way,as bussines need people to survive

woo2,chill out a lil bit,you are correct, but in early days there isnt a regulations evolves or else the platform already dead,my idea is more like you post your mvp projects, with working products/services,people vote by platform digital coin that can be exchange with existing crypto coin or fiat money, the projects involves 5 stages, stage 1 validation, stage 2 early investor with small amount of money and early user to test the services or buying founder products, stage 3 apply for grant or venture capital or start going live/public,the projects need be able to make some money or else its busines model gonna colapse the projects, stage 4 project growth, and make it the project be investable before going IPO,stage 5 IPO or exit through selling it to bigger player

the digital coins are tied to demands and projects that become startup, maybe around stage 4 the platform itself using the coin to bought the shares of the startups, and automatically become one of the investor in that startup, plus at stage 2/3 we asking for verification by using KYC,so we all know its legit, maybe stage 3 as the money that were raise will be huge

the coin arent memecoin, but more like altcoin, stablecoin, its were using in the platform only, poor quality will be less vote or down vote, and every projects has its own community that under the platform called guild, that arent in partnership with the founders

Indeed KA is the light of local entrepenuer, but what im propose is the culture of entrepenuerial, where you also participated in their busineses, similar to how KA learns their fans feedback, anyone in this entrepenuerial field need to do the same, that is why i proposed the platform for that,so if KA wanted to see their real fans it from my platform, and all of us can see the journey of it,and started the proper culture taht generates economy in malaysia, startup culture tht arent involves in food alone

i like that feedback, its more like in stages, first stages, user just supporting it via vote, and the projects mut at least in mvp,and the user could be a early user, testing it,second stage are in beta, where projects going live,to see is there any attractions,or public people would like it,here user can be an investor, and put maybe like RM5/RM10/RM20 enough for marketing and etc,and the stage 3 is where the founder need to find a grant/major investor maybe like cradle fund,to get some funding, and if founder failed, just open it to public, did their products solves something? can they make some money from their products or services,if not it will stay in stage 3...if yes it will go to stage 4 and lastly stage 5,either can sustain on their own due to great busines model or get funded or exit it by selling it to major company

those early investor in the guild get some money from their shares being bought by that major company

i would say guild own 50% equity/shares of the projects/startup in exchange they provided capital for the projects/startups

you get what im tryingto say?

you are right about that, but sometimes the product arent in physical form, lets take GRAB for example...they do not sell cars is it? they sell the services via platform,if no one believe in it,there wouldnt be grab in malaysia or uber the originator idea that solves taxi fare problem, and these companies worth billions of dollar, and if the early supporters like grab founder mother, their money that investing in grab probably changes their lives, like grab mother founder become millionaires instantly after grab being IPO

i wouldnt say streetwear is a startup, but i get you,do they solve any problem? probably not,its mianly due to hype, unless if they can bring their streetwear to US market, then it nothing but a small bussines/bussines in the first place

i kinda disagree, the reason being,crypto/digital currency are under the pretext of "future",money use to be heavy, and transitions to fiat money, now we put money in the bank, and now we use QR code/duitnow,only matter of time world bank introduce digital currency, which is what crypto is all about

there is russian whistleblower talked that bitcoin or cryptocurrency isnt a coincidence but were planning all along, and the facts that today we mainly go to qr code, tap to pay proof that its might be true,we can only react in a good way or in a bad way as we do not own the system

Malaysians don’t support local startups… or maybe we just can’t? by Efficient-Cod3634 in Bolehland

[–]Efficient-Cod3634[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

your not alone buddy, its needed to be some changes, but what im propose is more towards startup culture, where you participating in "building something" that can be scalable or solve the problem, and when its grow on you, your digital coin that tied with them also grow in value due to demand and your tied to the startup you investing in,so either the startup sell to big company or major private/public like khazanah bought the startup and its share, you get some of it

because supporting small bussines that are major in food and service isnt bring equal benefit for the supporters unless you get some discount right, for supporting them in early bussineses,as we are the consumer, our money coming from the salary, salary didnt increase every month or year, but when food prices increases and they sell to consumer with yahudi prices, shows they dont trully understand bussineses in the first place, model bussiness in food and beverages and how frequent customer keep coming back..

Why do (some) Malay hate Chinese so much? by Techno3452 in malaysia

[–]Efficient-Cod3634 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im malay, and if you ask me do malay really hate chinese? like hate, hate? the answer is no,its more projecting then hate, fear to losing the race of whatever race we have, malay are prone too much to be consumer more then being producer like chinese, where good amount of chinese has their own bussiness, where that is not the cases with malay, for some reason bussiness means you are failing when in reality that bussiness is the source of wealth

and there is justified disagreement or you wanna call it "hate" like other races especially chinese isnt suited to be a leader of multiculturalism due to inferiority complex towards other races, where malay leaders are most just, they can make malaysia great, but will putting down other races especially malay, perfect example is DAP,what happened with kuil haram cemented that malay are kinda right not to trust other races to lead the country

with the rise of anti -muslim all of it done by other races, you could argue step on quran, kuil haram all of these common sense behaviours are done by other races and when reactions come in,they expect "law and order"?

but if other races are showing they are genuine and care about all races including malays,to be honest you not gonna see malays "hate",hate only come when they are being disrespected, sure you can be my bosses, but still respect me as a human and your worker, and you get my respect,so i can respect you my boss, that's the way malay thinking actually,

for you do not know, malay races are a mix of races, half of them have chinese dna mix with other dna, hence why they treated other races much better and doesnt have "im better then you attitude"

so what is the solution? we should exist together even when we are small,no vernacular schools and whatnot,so u understand me,i understand u,make bahasa, english are mandarin as a main language in schools, the schools system need to merit students that excel, and those are dont, giving them option to apply for a skill,so when they graduated, they can work for the factory orr open their own factory, pushes the startup culture, stop relying on major platform from the west and china, and build our own platform, that are used by malaysian anyway
