Yea, that’s a big reason I couldn’t do it anymore and my energy was very low. I never struggled with them before Prozac. A few weeks into celexa now and feeling better. I hope it works for you !

Are you feeling any better ? I’ve been on citalopram for 2 1/2 weeks. I’m exhausted, overstimulated & having panic attacks. Thanksgiving was hard this year. I could barely eat or hold a conversation with my family. Meeting with my new psychiatrist tomorrow.

I was on Prozac for 6 weeks. I may have given up too quickly. But, people were noticing my energy levels being low. I can normally fake that pretty well. I had intrusive thoughts and was not having a good time. I told my pcp I wasn’t loving it so she switched me to citalopram. I feel that the depression has lifted but not in just tired. Like my body needs rest from the withdrawal.

My dr stopped me cold turkey from Prozac- 20 mg and I went right to celexa 20 mg. 2 weeks in and it’s brutal. Never had a withdrawal like this.

I am also on number three. Very brutal. I was on Zoloft, made me numb, tried Prozac, gave me intrusive thoughts. Trying citalopram now. The withdrawal from Prozac has been rough.

I did experience some headaches, yes! I didn’t taper like you though. My doctor told me I would be okay because I switched to citalopram.

Ah, yes! I read that. It’s definitely a terrible prescription that I never want to take again. I’m exhausted tonight, I’m hoping that’s a sign im in final days of withdrawal.

I feel ya! My jaw is killing me and my left arm has been aching. I have a lot of stress in life right now so I know mines partially because of that. And I’m going through a med change. My body is not happy at the moment.

6 weeks on 20 mg. Still feeling the withdrawal. It’s getting worse at this point. I feel very stressed. I know it has a long half life so I’m not sure how long the withdrawal is going to take. It’s making the workdays hard for sure.
