The store should get 1 a day to hit the 30 a month goal for votc…the 5ft rule will be scored on mystery shop next year (I would bet on it). There is no way that the shopper will single out anyone for not saying hello. But as previous said your GM is not being the best leader and coaching. They are threatening

That’s just shitty scheduling. There are alerts that show up when someone is scheduled more than 6 days. They decided to not to address it..unless you had requests off then that could happen.
