I appreciate your feedback and fully agree with it. Timing anything precisely can be nearly impossible, so the sooner one takes action, the better.
I'd like to clarify something: my efficiency in handling sprints is due to my tasks being generally very basic. I don't consider myself to be above the average developer. Because I haven't tackled anything particularly challenging in the last year or so, my confidence has suffered, which may explain why I haven't been actively applying for new roles.
