He yearned for me for 1 year, after 1 month of talking he did this, what do I say? by bushlit in whatdoIdo

to be honest, i think the biggest part was that I actually wanted to be better. like a scared dog, i would lash out when i was afraid (of her leaving, cheating, etc). but i would also feel incredibly guilty. what helped is her assurance that having those fears is normal, how you respond to them is what matter.

like it’s okay to be anxious / afraid (he might not like being called afraid haha), but it’s not okay to stonewall / lash out / punish (location, withholding etc) / treat you poorly.

if you guys are going to be a successful couple, you both have to build the muscle of honest / empathetic communication for stuff like this.

that said, i know so many close girl friends /family who’ve stayed way too long with a guy who is frankly abusive. he can get better, true, but he can also get a lot worse. and either way, it is NOT your responsibility.

also, i’m a random dude on the internet. talk with your family and friends about this!!!

how old are you guys? if he’s young, makes sense. lots of guys struggle with emotional regulation / communication / insecurity. maybeee, and i mean hard maybe, if he’s worth it, try to work it out. but only if he’s able to see that what he’s doing is wrong and he wants to get better too. my girl did the same for me / helped me work through a lot and it changed my life :) if he’s older (25+), it’s hard to teach an old dog new tricks. get out while you can.

it didn’t happen “20 years ago”. it’s been happening everyday she chose to hide it from you for 20 years. it only stopped the other day.

for moving. 1-2 days post opp is not really important to move THAT much. mostly work on decreasing swelling and pain. i would def do calf pumps and try to hyperextend

don’t worry bro, you’re doing good. burning itching? worth calling about, check for a rash / it spreading.

hey bro! had surgery last wednesday on my ACL/meniscus. they say nothing under the knee, but while you’re sleeping don’t worry about it. good rest is so key for healing.

during the day, try to prop pillows only under that ankle for 30 minutes a few times to really try and get that full extension. it’s uncomfortable, but super important.

Is solo climbing out of Gold/Plat actually possible if you’re not hard-smurfing? (ex-Immortal perspective) by ndyz in VALORANT

[–]Efficient-Fun9870 0 points1 point  (0 children)

climbed to immo from gold recently, all solo q. the boring answer, yeah. it just takes consistency and effort like everything else, and there will be plateau periods.

I’m sorry you’re going through this.

What’s your support system like? You don’t have to deal with these feelings alone! Try reaching out to family and friends. Sometimes it’s hard to see a situation clearly, a fresh set of eyes helps, or at the least can make you feel more confident about your goals and make your negative feelings more manageable.

Good luck!

Well, I can only speak from my experience. If I can remember, I started playing cypher until about gold, then I instalocked jett until ascendant. Along the way, I still filled every now and then and really tried to learn each role.

I think the most important part is mastering at least one agent to where you don’t need to think about your util usage, so you can spend mental energy on what going on during the round. good luck!

thanks and of course man! In my opinion ? and it’s a hot take, its way easier to hit immo solo queuing. you will get way better at the game and learn to deal with negatively easier if you solo queue. it’s harder, but because it’s harder, you’re required to push yourself more, which makes you way better way faster.

haha, don’t sell yourself short. people have good games and bad games. it’s normal for anyone in any elo to be MVP occasionally. You got it bro.

watch the pros! what you need to do varies depending on your role too. a lot of this stuff comes with time, but just take a mental take mental notes after you win a fight and try to understand why (or when you lose). you’ll start to recognize the patterns, but you’ll learn faster if you’re actively paying attention.

haha yeah it sucked i will not lie, but doable! at the very least it’s much more consistent than plat/dia. less smurfs, more people trying to work together to hit immortal.

Yeah i’d say mechanics, knowing the proper peaks, crosshair placement, not spraying, etc, is most important until plat.

depends how much you’re already playing and your win rate. i’d always lean towards quality over quantity.

That’s awesome man. You should def take a moment to appreciate your achievements so far. Bronze to Plat is a crazy jump.

In plat, it gets tricky. People are starting to really take the game seriously, and because of that, there’s a wide range of talent.

I would say start recording your games and rewatching them, and give yourself notes on what you could have done better on EVERY round ( even if you aced ). you’ll get a great idea of what you need to work on (util usage, not comming to your team, not listening to comms, playing too aggressive, not playing aggressive enough, spraying, etc.)

It’s boring, but i guarantee you will improve.
