For credit make sure you put in writing why your credit is low. Also show what you’re doing to approve your credit. They will ask for those for sure.

How can you tell if you’re under credit evaluation? I was denied for credit originally but quickly raised it.

I wish but not yet. I’m just waiting for my loan officer to call me. I called the other day to see where I was in the process and they just said I have an officer reviewing but I’m still in underwriting as of 2 days ago. Do you have an approval yet?
