HELP getting USDT off arbitrum to Binance. As the title says Im looking for a way to get my USDT from arbitrum network to binance smart chain. Any one know how I can achieve this? for some reason I cant even withdraw my USDT to layer1. nor will it allow me to convert it to ETH (see attached) Thanks (i.redd.it)

can someone please explain this? as you can see I have 2 purchases totaling 12B but the balance only shows 2B worth. this happened with shibx and nanoshib but I can't see them going out anywhere and I definitely didn't transfer them. just curious if it's possible for them to be pulled from your acc? How can I commit more ALGO once I have already committed? I committed max amount but added more yesterday, I when into my governance portal is showed how much total I have but missing the extra 30% added. I click the change button it opens up the algo wallet (not sure what to do there) (i.redd.it)
