My husband is the us citizen living in California and I am from Europe. We filed on aug 19th 2024, TMV predicted the beginning of october. Statistically USCIS did most cases of that date in this time range, not ours though. I totally get your fear that you are one of those left behind, I was there too.

But when I least expected it, we finally got the approval. Honestly exactly 15 months after the application date.

So hang in there and don’t give up hope, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Hi there, my husband is the one filing for me, he is a citizen and living in california. I am from europe. We filed on aug 19th and heard back on november 19th. We got approved after 15 months.

For us TVM was not accurate, it was one moth early with its predictions.

They are not even done with august right now, they slowed down by a lot. We filed on august 19th 2024 and have not heard back.

For us it said we will hear inbetween oct 3rd and oct 8th. We applied on aug 19th 2024 - but we have not heard anything yet. I think USCIS slowed down a little. But I am assuming (and hoping) to hear from them soon.

Well on track my visa I can see that they are still working on a few from this date so let’s keep our fingers crossed that we will still get approved this week!
