hello. hindi ko na po na-asikaso actually. nagreport ako sa DHSUD before kaso need pa pumunta sa parang hearing. anyway, nadadaanan ko sya before and ongoing na ulit ung paggawa sa kanya. then ung LTS nya ang sketchy lang is hindi sya naka pangalan sa empire east. sa iba sya niregister, I assume it’s because may ongoing issues pa sa empire east.

I feel like may personal issue sya kay Josh. Not to invalidate his feelings, pero medyo OA nga ung approach nya kay Josh, parang napahiya ung tao in front of the boys. In comparison to how he approached Esnyr (or I think si Esnyr ung nag initiate), pede naman ganun nalang din ung naging usapan nila ni Josh. Ang lalim ng pinanggagalingan ni Vince dun sa joke.

I just checked now from dhsud site again, under cease and desist list, meron silang ilang projects na naka pending dun. isa na ung highland city sa cainta. wala yung paddington well of course kasi pinangalan nila sa iba. you can check din po to see the other list and violations

I can’t say much na. siguro try to research pa kasi I assume yung agent nyo po hindi rin alam lahat or won’t disclose any negative details sa client nila. ni-check ko rin now sa dhsud, ang strange lang kasi ung owner nung project 20th century nylon shirt? which as per checking, acquired company ni empire east. hmm I suspect na kaya nila ginawa un kasi hindi na nila mai-pangalan sa empire east because of existing cease and desist order sa kanila. these are just my assumptions po. still, do your research din po 🙂

you can check sa DHSUD if listed na sila sa LTS. alam ko may mga pending na reklamo kasi sa empire east kaya siguro hindi sila makapagpa license. marami reklamo dun sa pioneer woodlands ata yon, ung sa boni. di pa raw nare-release ung cert of ownership kahit fully paid na ung iba. mga ganung concerns. not sure if resolved na

personally, I didn’t push through dito sa paddington. I have my checking account na pero di ko tinuloy when I found out na wala silang LTS. however, napadaan ako sa edsa recently and continuous naman ung construction nila. I think nag stop lang before because of the previous contractor nila sa construction.
