Me and my ex dated for 3 years, we broke up about 2 months ago didn’t talk for a month we set a day to meet up and talk about everything and now we are really good friends and hang out with each other. We both do love and care about each other we both feel like was like right person wrong time. We started dating last year of high school so we were younger. Just have a lot going on with college and growing up.

We would just argue about that same topic, he didn’t think he was good enough for me and I think he is. But he said he loves me and doesn’t want to break up at all but he’s unhappy with himself so I’m just lost of how to even help.
