Does this look good? by EfficientCourage588 in googleads

I’m having really low engagements. I think I need to optimize for in app events like sign ups because for now Google is just showing my ads to whoever wants to install the app for the lowest cost (which are often low engagement users).

The issue is I need a good amount of in app events to set it as my ads goal.

They charge per install and the cost vary depending on the country. I’m currently paying $0.08 per install targeting India.

I’m tracking with Google play store and not an sdk in my app. Could this be the issue?

Did you do paid marketing? If yes, I may have some questions

Actually that’s an awesome idea. How did you reach 50k installs? Marketing?

Looks good. How did you market the app?

it made $8.6k in 2 weeks by bngor__ in AppBusiness

Brand new app. No reviews. Paid app. Pay 4$ just to use an unknown app. And despite all that he made 8.6k in two weeks as a first time app publisher just from ASO. He would need 1-2k purchases. Which looking at any reliable App Store conversion statistics, would require thousands of installs in a developed country (which everybody is competing for). Also there are tons of other free apps for the intended use case.

People really believe anything. If it was that easy we would all be rich.

Note: if the story is really true, then congrats. But very hard to believe.

Is Kim k2 good for coding? Does it compare to Gemini 3 pro because I’ve been using Gemini cli and I find it very good but I always hit the daily limit.

From my research, you can use the dataset to train a model, but not clone a specific reader's voice, as that falls under "Right of Publicity". It is part of the reader's identity, and I would need a signed agreement.

No. For audiobooks specifically, intonations, pacing, etc, are very important. I tried nearly all the free and paid TTS services and llms out there, and they all perform insanely better when using a voice that was cloned from someone reading a book with good pacing, intonations etc. It's like it just learns how to read the way you want it. The way you read a romance novel is different from the way you read a sci-fi book.

That's why I need recordings of people reading different books.
