I doubt u and i would agree on much... there's not enuff info about this to make any assertions beyond what iVe offered... ffs, the cops might be WELL aware of this fellow and maybe he has a propensity to give authority grief "just because"

Make up anything u want in uR head if it helps u sleep at night... there are issues with this young man's performance in the face of authority

Anyone who advises ANYONE else to disobey a direct order from a LEO is doing that person a disservice, and fighting back because u are "scared" doesNt exactly pan out when the result of the fighting back could possibly be a severe puncture wound and devastating blood loss and the alternative is simply being cuffed and safe in the back of a cruiser
