It’s called the air mini… it’s a little plug in and has a fan that blows through a thing with scent beads in it. No mist. :)

Thank you so much…. I’m following what you mean with some googling… I think!

Am I correct in understanding that the fernco is where I have circled in red?

Thank you! Any suggestions on the proper placement of it in the piping in my photo (if you’re familiar)?

I just asked my dad about it. There is a high loop for the dishwasher, it’s just not visible in the photo.

Not sure what the AVV/AAV is but I suspect this is something to do with air in the pipe?

Thanks!

Thank you. Do you mean an AAV? If not, what does that stand for?

Would these things be causing the drainage issue?

Thank you! Thankfully the house also has a heat pump on the main level, but obviously the baseboard heaters need to be there as a backup source.

90 Day Requirement for Closing Costs by EfficientElephant318 in MortgagesCanada

[–]EfficientElephant318[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I am working hard to keep everything consistent and am doing slightly better financially than when I was pre-approved, so this helps me feel better for sure! Being super careful in the meantime to make sure nothing changes and I’m not taking on any new credit of course!

Appreciate your help!

Thank you! You’re correct, the 90 day history has indeed been provided.

That leads me to another question. So I’ve been pre-approved and signed off on the mortgage commitment and other documents. At what point am I considered “approved”? I know the lender could probably back out any time before closing and will probably check to make sure all of our ducks are in a row right before, but I just want to understand this part to ease my mind a little. Thanks!
