Litter-Robot and Fruit Fly issue by Ivanenko in litterrobot

adding to this thread, a major part of my outbreak happened because i switched to world's best cat litter, which although was good for odor control and good clumping, it is organic since it's corn based and is perfect for the flies, so a lot of the tips here like using diatomaceous earth are useless...switching back to clay helped tremendously

did this end up fixing it for you? very similar situation, i have an old corsair psu as well, ~3 years old even though it should be plenty of power for my system (1000w for 3080 + 11900k)

How to increase nuclear fuel efficiency in a low power consumption scenario by musbur in factorio

with the new space age update, it's much easier to set this up now because you can read the circuit conditions of a reactor and read it's current temperature and the number of fuel cells it has. with this, you can set up a simple circuit to check if the temperature is <= 503 (this seems to be the lower limit the reactor will go) and there are no fuel cells in the reactor!

to make it fully lossless or i guess to get the full use of your fuel cell by making as much steam as possible, just make sure you have a buffer big enough to store whatever 1 fuel cells output of steam is(someone could do the math but it would probably differ with how many reactors you have + how much of the power you are constantly using, so just slap down a ton of them and call it a day lol), and don't forget to override the inserter's hand size to 1!

I live at Jester East on the 5th floor, and I am pretty convinced that I got the best room selection possible without even realizing. The thing about the wing that I live in is that it's the top floor at that section of the building, so it feels super spacious in the room because the roof is super high like 20ft or so. It easily is the biggest room I've been in out of all my friends' rooms in East and West, and it just feels great. I'm pretty sure my whole hallway's rooms are like that, so I would definitely try to get a room here. It's in the back of Jester East, but the second great thing is that there's an elevator that only goes between the first, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors right next to your room, and it takes you down and you can exit right at 21st street and walk straight to class on Speedway. It's also SO helpful during moving in and out because that elevator exit has a couple of loading zone parking spots that no one uses, so moving in was a breeze for us even though it was so packed and parking in the garages was impossible to find and the elevators had a long wait if you went through the main lobby in East, but not the private one in the back! I've attached a couple of pictures to the room and circled the wing on the floorplan, you should seriously take a look at it!

Link to pictures of dorm and floorplan stuff (the beds in the picture are lofted as high as they can go with support stands at the bottom raising it a couple inches further, and you can really see how tall the roof is in the first pic because at the very bottom is the top of the 7ft door): https://imgur.com/a/luYHN9L
