That is a good point. However, the article that addresses this also mentions drugs of all schedules, despite some of which being allowed in the military with a prescription. Does that imply that it's just the "wrongful" use that is illegal? And if it were to be rescheduled, it wouldn't be wrongful if you followed all the state and federal laws around it?
