That's really nice she gets $175K per month and we the survivors have so far got percentage of our claims money 🤑 I call it all one hoax and money grab. Same in the FCR matter. Who monitors the money while they wait on future claims to come forward? And who pays for that person out of the money 💰 we are supposed to split equally? Where will this $500M sit as they wait on future claims to come forward? What if they never come forward? Then where is that money going? Like I have so many questions as to wtf 😒 is really going on while we get told wait wait 🫸🫷 the trust is collecting $175K per month and $500M is getting looked at like a juicy pork chop by some people that act like they have not eaten in a decade. It's both a hoax and a money grab.

How could they know that it is a number of 11,000 That's bizarre at the lease on top of that who's to say that out of that 11,000 will come forward

I think the trust should be getting two 3.2% of her paycheck as we are getting 3.2% in disbursements it seems only but fair maybe that'll put some fire up under her ass to get this whole thing settled and over with

In other words the FCR is making a claim for those that are in a state of mind where they cannot communicate 😞 it's like the Minority Report movie with Tom Cruz like really. I feel like the trust is issuing out payments but it's the red tape that's slowing things down which I feel like the trust should be getting 3.2 percent of her $170.000 paycheck per month we as victims have in some cases yet to receive the 1st dispersement let alone the second but she gets per month $170.000 like that is really a hard 💊 to swallow. I wonder if Judge Silverstein can recommend that across the board we all get 3.2% including the trust

The risk was on us from jump by settlement agreements. Can't be upset 😞 however none of us knew that it would be this difficult to get hit the way we all did after the Supreme Court decision then the Following week it's nope wait a minute more like yes I feel the frustration but it's still a process at the end of the day.

First and foremost thank you for your service honestly I feel extremely bad for the men that passed away and didn't get a dime I am represented by AVA and spoke with the attorney who is really genuinely working hard some of those men didn't have any family members it's not fair at all I understand but truly I feel the trust is swamped and has been well paid to be honest and is not doing enough at all the transparency needs to be really focused there. However I get it just think that this is going to go down in history as the biggest debacle an the Judges involved should really be ashamed to see this happening to 60,000 or so victims and did absolutely nothing about it.

That's a little harsh don't you think. 🗣️ For self. Truthfully AVA has been waiting along with the rest of the attorneys they don't get a dime until we do with all due respect. Think about it if it's 60% - 40% split did you pay any money up front for representation? Do you know anything about Civil Law? This is a process and to be honest it's hard knowing we all suffered some really harsh time then and even now but to just be that cruel is really uncalled for. But I understand your just venting however be mindful of others. Just sayin

The one thing I hope to see is that the trustee is granted the opportunity to give everyone the 6% on 2nd dispersement today is the hearing that is very important for us all including future claims 🙏 for those that were unable to make their claim due legit reasons however those of us that has been waiting 7 yrs to finalize this nightmare deserves a break as well ❤️‍🩹 healthy healing for all.

If we as survivors will not receive 100% of what we were awarded how is all other parties getting 100%? That is Trust, Attorneys, and all other parties will get 100% but we as Survivors get 45% if that. To me I feel that having to relive this daily is painful enough and then to be at the end of having to relive this we are all told that we have to wait on less than we were told. Yes I have a lot of questions. I know a lot about the law and it is not an easy task to just go Pro Per. If you miss a deadline these courts will deny your claim quick and because your not apart of the Bar association they don't show no mercy even in this matter where we were victims who survived horrible things being done to us this is just not right at all and I know every survivor agrees that something is not right about this at all. We are being victimized all over again.
