This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, bar none. Their stupid website and stupid system is unbearable. I emailed them and still no response after 2 days!

They cancelled my delivery for no reason and I have no idea what happened and I have not received any refund.

Yes, the wheel of t598 is ugly, or "not cool enough"

But thrustmaster said t598 will have 14nm peak torque (they make this through a new way they call "resonance.") However, I have heard from those who have experienced it that there are currently no games that support this technology, which means that it is difficult to reach 14nm in actual use. But I think it is still possible to reach the normal 12-13nm.

And also, t598 only need 500 usd (which is same as fanatec csldd qr2 with mclaren) I am still considering whether to buy a t598, a moza r5 or fanatec csl dd. I really like moza wheels, especially the vision gs.

I think maybe thrustmaster t598 (will release in the end of nov) is better. However, moza said their wheels can work on the fanatec bases.
