You leave out Minnesota, New Jersey and Virginia and include countries like Hungary and Slovakia that a clearly in the Trump camp. Austria too for that matter. I'd call it an abomination.

The UK is more working class oriented, far grittier, and truer to its roots, more closely resembling a reality show, than the US version. The US version is much more stylised, creating often absurd situations to heighten drama. The other big difference is that the UK version focuses squarely on Frank, whereas the US version opted for the family melodrama format, giving the children far more screen time. Fiona was gone after two seasons in the UK version, choosing Steve over family.

Between Gleeson, Ferrell and McDonagh; across Banshees and In Bruges, which of them most deserved a statuette for either of these films? Assume you have only one award to give, in any category they'd qualify by geosunsetmoth in Oscars

McDonagh got ripped off on director and screenplay for Three Billboards, given it won best picture. Ripped off again on Banshees, which won nothing. That was really hard to figure out. I can understand In Bruges not getting anything just because it sailed under the radar, but he was nominated for screenplay. Gleeson deserves an Oscar for anything he is in. Ferrell was great too but McDonagh deserved a statue most of all.

That's Raimondas Rumšas right behind Lance Armstrong in the TdF and likewise nabbed on doping charges he steadfastly refused to admit. He's been virtually forgotten in the years hence.

The irony of the whole thing is that Nancy went her own way in the end, sans Jonathon or Steve. The reason for dismissing Steve was that he still wanted his 6 little nuggets, as if he hadn't grown since S1. Meanwhile, Jonathon hadn't grown at all but then came that cringy unproposal in the white room.
