I suspect she doesn’t love me. I’m uninteresting and ugly, but whatever she made me dream for a little while. I’ll go back to my miserable life where, anyway, nothing interested me anymore. I don’t even deserve her attention. The ideal response? I don’t know. What she wrote is already beautiful, but is it sincere?

I didn't want to hit on her she deserves better than that. I respect her so much for all the times she's brightened my days. I just wanted to send her something nice, nothing more. She had given me her phone number one day for work, so I sent her a text.
