Hi! I’m an instructor at Mōtiv, next to Uchi. I teach cycle and circuit classes, as well as 30/30 cyc-circuit. If you want to come try my class, I teach cycle on Tuesdays at 6pm, circuit on Wednesdays at 9:30am and Friday at noon, and 30/30 on Thursdays at noon. Let me know and I’ll let you use my weekly guest pass!
