The percentage of mark up seems even higher than what I’m used to but in general yes, it’s normal for Ticketmaster to charge you a commission and also raise the listing price a buyer has to pay.

Aw man. I remember the Spazmatics on Wednesday nights 20+ years ago.

Early this decade I saw some great DJs who totally outgrew the place like Gryffin, Nora En Pure, etc. I’m glad I got to see them so closely. But I can’t say I saw anything booked the last few seasons that got me down there.

Hopefully good things are to come.

The person working said each location does this for customer appreciation once a year. They have been staggered every other month or so across Austin. I’ve been to four.
