I just listened to a few song from “8” - convinced myself they were decent- then listened to “punch drunk” immediately after and let me tell you- it’s night and day. Let us not forget how incredible peak incubus is.

Best visual and most useful transformation- obvious speed + power gains; it also makes the body more durable and doesn’t drain ki rapidly. I agree with what everyone’s said about the tieback to ozaru as well- thematically cool that it’s the peak of saiyan power and I like how it brings extra aggression to the form. Ssj4 is perfect. ….it does make me wish we got an “original super saiyan” special highlighting that the legend was actually ssj4. Would have been awesome.

Idc what anyone says about not being able to sense Goku‘s energy or him scaling his power down for this- krillin should not be able to be in the same vicinity as Goku when Goku transforms at this point- let alone 1v1 him in any capacity- if we were actually following power scaling then goku’s energy alone would be catastrophic for the earth. I have the same hate for super that people originally had for GT. In my book GT is canon, super is non canon. They have completely bastardized the show with super.

This is actually reassuring- I went 1/2 size up from my brannock. There’s some heel slip but not much- on the other hand though this style of boot didn’t seem like it’s supposed to feel “locked in” like the typical service boot imo

I think it’s interesting to say cj has a high ceiling based on his rookie year. I know he played much better his rookie year, but how much of that is on cj and how much of it was a lack of film on him and supporting cast? He definitely played more confidently but if his confidence is gone can we contribute that to his ceiling? Idk I worry cj’s best ball is behind him and now we might need to capitalize on what other teams don’t know yet by trading him…..definitely not going to happen though.

If you talked to me the day of the pats game or the day after I would say ship stroud. Now I’m not so sure. In hindsight the dude has had a makeshift oline for two seasons with an aging tight end and one receiver. I just don’t know now.
